Job Description

INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

At FINN, you will be joining a fast-paced environment where the learning curve is steep and the expectations are high. This program is designed for students who are ready to move past theory and see how global communications actually functions on the ground.
While you will be supported by a team that prides itself on a nurturing culture, the reality of agency life means multitasking, meeting tight deadlines, and taking ownership of your contributions. You will not just be "observing" strategy; you will be helping us build it by digging into the research and content that drives our clients' success.

WHAT YOU WILL MASTER

  • Multi-Platform Content Creation: Drafting high-impact narratives, from executive thought-leadership pieces to trending social media content.
  • Digital Intelligence & Monitoring: Utilizing the latest research tools to track earned media coverage and analyze audience sentiment in real-time.
  • Strategic Participation: Engaging in high-level strategy meetings, creative brainstorming sessions, and media event planning.
  • Agency Branding: Contributing directly to FINN’s own social media presence and digital footprint.
  • Impact Reporting: Transitioning from simple "clipping" to publishing comprehensive monthly media coverage reports that demonstrate ROI for our clients.


THE REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for the “best and brightest” who meet the following criteria:

  • Academic Standing: Current Junior or Senior with a 3.0 GPA or higher.
  • Field of Study: Majoring in PR, Communications, English, Journalism, or Marketing.
  • Tech Stack: Proficiency in MS Office and intermediate Canva knowledge.
    Bonus: Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, or modern video/photo-editing tools.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and spoken English is mandatory.
    Fluency in Chinese is a significant advantage for our regional operations.
  • Commitment: Ability to commit to a minimum of 12 weeks, working between 25–40 hours per week.


Program Logistics & Compensation

  • Stipend: A stipend will be provided based on your total program duration.
  • Flexible Scheduling: Hours (25–40 per week) depend on your class schedule and course requirements.
  • Commute: Applicants are responsible for their own transportation to and from the internship experience.
