Your Missions
You will support the Product Development Manager to bring to life the products that shape the future of microbiome beauty.
What You Will Learn
You will leave with a 360° understanding of how a science-led brand innovates inside a major beauty group while retaining its entrepreneurial DNA.
About You
Graduate student (Business/Marketing Master’s degree or equivalent)
Strong interest in cosmetics and ideally in dermocosmetics / skincare science
Strong trend-awareness: consumer, scientific, and market innovations
First experience (6 months) in product or operational marketing is a plus
Excellent written & oral communication in English and French (international team)
Organized, rigorous, curious, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects
Mastery of the Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), Generative AI tools
