Your Missions

You will support the Product Development Manager to bring to life the products that shape the future of microbiome beauty.

  • Participate to new product launches
  • Identify emerging trends, scientific breakthroughs, and consumer insights in the dermocosmetic and microbiome landscape
  • Participate in benchmark studies, and category opportunity mapping
  • Concept creation: Contribute to the definition of innovative product concepts aligned with Gallinée’s scientific and brand identity
  • Support formula & packaging development with labs, packaging, and regulatory teams
  • Ensure artwork timelines respect & development

You will leave with a 360° understanding of how a science-led brand innovates inside a major beauty group while retaining its entrepreneurial DNA.

About You

Graduate student (Business/Marketing Master’s degree or equivalent)

Strong interest in cosmetics and ideally in dermocosmetics / skincare science

Strong trend-awareness: consumer, scientific, and market innovations

First experience (6 months) in product or operational marketing is a plus

Excellent written & oral communication in English and French (international team)

Organized, rigorous, curious, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects

Mastery of the Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), Generative AI tools
