Job Description

This 6‑month internship sits in the Operational – Central Functions department and reports to the Procurement Operation Automation Manager.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys turning data into clear, usable information and who is comfortable working with tools like Power BI, SQL and Office 365. You’ll be part of the Procurement team, helping us industrialise and improve how we track, analyse and communicate procurement activity.

If you’re a Master’s student in engineering, at ease with data, structured in the way you work, and confident communicating in both French and English, this role is designed for you.

What you do

You will spend your time on:

  • Designing, building and improving Power BI reports and dashboards for the Procurement team (mandatory skill)
  • Writing and maintaining clear technical documentation for our applications and reporting solutions
  • Running short, autonomous assignments linked to application or reporting needs (e.g. data checks, small automations, process improvements)
  • Collaborating with procurement stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and translate them into practical solutions
  • Preparing presentations and written materials to explain your work and support decision‑making
  • Work effectively in an environment shaped by artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, data analytics and cloud-based tools, using insight responsibly and in line with our standards for data governance, security and ethical use

What you bring

  • You are currently enrolled in a Master’s degree (BAC+5) in engineering, and available for a full‑time 6‑month internship – this ensures you have the analytical base and the legal status for an internship
  • Solid experience with Power BI (mandatory), plus good knowledge of SQL and/or VBA and Office 365 – you can independently build and adapt reports, work with data, and automate where relevant
  • Fluent French and strong English (C1 written and spoken) – you can work in an international environment and produce documentation and presentations understood by diverse stakeholders
  • Good project management habits: planning your work, meeting deadlines, and delivering with reliability, quality and timeliness – you can handle several assignments and follow them through
  • Ability to work both autonomously and in a team, and to interact with people at different levels of the organisation – you are comfortable asking questions, sharing progress and building constructive relationships
  • Strong communication skills, especially in writing (documentation, presentations) – you can explain technical topics in a clear, structured way to non‑technical colleagues

How we hire
