Job Description

Join our Process Mining team and play a key role in analyzing and improving business processes across the organization. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in process mining tools and methodologies while working closely with business process owners to uncover inefficiencies and design data-driven solutions.

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team in September 2026 for a period of six months.

PROCESS MINING TOOLS & ANALYSIS

In this internship, you'll gain hands-on experience in process mining tools. You'll help analyse end-to-end business processes, utilizing data-driven insights to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities. You'll also support the planning, execution, and monitoring of process mining projects, ensuring measurable outcomes.

INSIGHT GENERATION & RECOMMENDATIONS

You'll work closely with stakeholders to interpret process mining insights and translate findings into actionable recommendations. Additionally, you'll assist in designing data visualizations and reports to effectively communicate process insights.

COLLABORATION & COMMUNICATION

You'll act as a bridge between business process owners and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals, and assist in designing data visualizations and reports to effectively communicate process insights.

DOCUMENTATION & KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT

In this exciting role, you'll organise and maintain documentation related to process mining projects, methodologies, and findings. Another task will be to contribute to the creation of templates and best practices for future process mining initiatives.

Qualifications

• Previous internships or part-time roles in process analysis, business improvement, or data analytics are a plus.
• Familiarity with process mining concepts, tools, and methodologies are a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights.
• Effective communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Organizational skills to manage documentation and ensure knowledge retention.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools and methodologies in process mining.
• Willingness and ability to quickly learn new process mining and automation tools and methodologies.

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 2.221,00 gross per month.
