Location Biotech Development Center, Corsier-sur-Vevey, Switzerland

As part of the Global Drug Substance Development department, you will join a team of motivated scientists creating and implementing solutions to support the development and manufacturing of next‑generation biological therapeutics. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic research environment. You will be encouraged to work independently and present your findings during team meetings.You will develop practical and theoretical expertise in antibody–drug conjugate (ADC) process development by performing bench‑scale conjugations (including site‑specific and stochastic approaches) and optimizing downstream purification workflows (e.g., resins and/or membrane chromatography and TFF). You will document protocols and results, produce technical reports, and present findings with recommendations for scale‑up or tech transfer, thereby gaining the skills needed to contribute to ADC development projects.

Your role:

  • Understand the mechanisms of ADC conjugation
  • Explore relevant regulatory requirements
  • Benchmark against existing solutions and scientific literature
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with other departments
  • Conduct hands-on experiments and analyze data
  • Prepare detailed reports with findings and future recommendations

Your profil

  • Master's or engineering student in Biotechnology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related fields
  • Strong curiosity
  • Eagerness to learn
  • Ability to adapt quickly and work independently
  • Highly motivated with a collaborative team spirit
  • Proficient in English (oral and written); knowledge of French is a plus
