DHL Express Italy, a world-leading company in express transport and logistics services and part of DHL Group, recognized as a Great Place To Work, is looking for a candidate for the Customer Service Management department within the Pricing, Tender & Yield Control team, based at the Innovation Campus in Peschiera Borromeo (MI).
WHAT WE OFFER?
The opportunity to experience the organizational logic and dynamics of a department focused on supporting business development, working alongside the Pricing Team.
A 6-month full-time internship with a monthly allowance of €800 gross plus meal vouchers
Company shuttle service from Milan (Milano Rogoredo, Lambrate, and Segrate stations).
WHAT WILL YOU BE IN CHARGE OF?
- Implementing tariff management processes in close collaboration with Regional Pricing
- Analyzing customer loyalty to align with express traffic profiles ( Promotion and Shipment to profile)
- Generating reporting related to offers
- Analyzing and monitoring field-implemented offers
- Managing authorization workflows for creating customer quotes and offers
YOUR PROFILE
A candidate with a strong interest in deepening their knowledge of the Pricing world, an analytical mindset, numerical data analysis skills, and an excellent knowledge of Excel and English.
Experience and skills
- Degree, preferably in Economics or Statistics
- Advanced knowledge of Excel ( Access is a plus)
- Advanced knowledge of English (written and spoken)
- Key traits: Flexibility, autonomy, decision-making skills, organizational capability, and teamwork
