Could you be the full-time Internship Project Management Office (PMO) Coordinator Intern in Copenhagen we’re looking for?
This role is fixed term for 5 months.
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your organizational and coordination expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dynamic and supportive teammates.
You'll play a vital role in ensuring our projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational standards. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including project managers, engineers, and stakeholders), maintain project documentation, and track key project milestones, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of coordinating PMO reporting cycles and ensuring compliance with PMO standards, but also supporting project governance processes and documentation management.
We’ll look to you for:
Assisting in maintaining project plans, schedules, and documentation
Coordinating PMO reporting cycles, dashboards, and KPIs
Supporting project governance processes and tools
Tracking project tools like communication and correspondence matrices
Ensuring timely submission of Project Progress Reports and Review Forms
Ensuring compliance with PMO standards, tools, and templates
Tracking milestones and obligations, with regular follow-ups with stakeholders
Organizing and documenting meetings, including preparing minutes and action items
Facilitating communication between project teams and stakeholders
Maintaining project repositories and document control systems

Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related fields
Experience in PMO, project coordination, or a similar role is a plus
Familiarity with project management methodologies
Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and PMO tools
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
