Conducting, evaluating, and presenting experiments related to photonic integrated circuits
Evaluating achievable specifications using analytical methods
Deriving critical system parameters based on an understanding of the system and the results
Researching and evaluating relevant literature and commercially available solutions
Enrolled in a Master’s program in Physics, Photonics, Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or comparable and achieving outstanding academic results
Experience in a photonics laboratory
Knowledge in the field of integrated photonics or electro-optic modulators is a plus
Excellent skills in organization, problem-solving, communication (English and/or German), and innovation
A passion for innovation and enthusiasm for new technologies, as well as the motivation to work in agile, interdisciplinary teams
