Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the Overseas Team in preparing documents, reports, and other administrative tasks.
• Assisting in coordination with internal departments and overseas counterparts for daily operational matters.
• Supporting data updates, record maintenance, and document filing related to overseas business activities.

Requirements:

• Education Level: Final-year student in International Business, Finance, Banking, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
• Grade Point Average: 8.0 and above
• Language Proficiency: English fluency (IELTS 7.0 or equivalent)
• Other soft skills (Preferable): good communication, good time management, interpersonal skills, responsible, trustworthy, patient, detail-oriented, good office computer skills, hard-working, agile, and inquisitive
