HR GENERALIST INTERN

Internship Opportunity – HR Department | Malpensa HUB

The Opportunity

As an HR Generalist Intern, you will join the Human Resources team and support activities related to HR Administration, Talent Acquisition & Development, HR Business Partner Compensation & Benefits teams. This role offers the opportunity to gain a broad understanding of HR processes while working closely with experienced HR professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Support employee administration activities and temporary workforce management.
• Assist with onboarding processes and new hire integration.
• Maintain HR reports, databases, and documentation.
• Provide administrative and operational support to employees, managers, and HR Business Partners.
• Participate in recruitment activities, including candidate screening and interviews.
• Support initiatives related to Compensation & Benefits, Wellbeing, and internal communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Psychology, Management, Economics, or related fields.
• Good command of English.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proactive attitude, flexibility, and attention to detail.

Recruitment Process

1. Suitable candidates following the initial screening will be invited to complete a digital asynchronous video interview through our recruitment platform.
2. Selected candidates will then attend an in-person interview conducted by one or more members of the HR Team, who will support and guide them throughout the internship experience.
