The opportunity
As an Onsite Support (OSS) Intern, you will be directly involved in the day‑to‑day operations of our business by ensuring employees have reliable, functioning IT tools.
During this internship, you will learn how to resolve common technical issues on site, prepare devices that teams depend on, and keep essential office and meeting‑room equipment running smoothly. This role places you close to the business and the end users, giving you hands‑on insight into how IT enables productivity across the organization. Throughout the internship, you’ll be guided by experienced OSS Specialists who will help you build strong, practical IT skills.
How you’ll make an impact
Assist in troubleshooting basic IT issues that require physical presence
Prepare laptops and other devices so they are ready for use by new or existing employees
Support end users in navigating self‑service tools and standard IT procedures
Help check and manage hardware inventory (laptops, monitors, accessories), assist with stock handling, asset pickup/return
Support warranty processes by gathering information and preparing devices
Update documentation related to device preparation and OSS procedures and report issues to the team
Be engaged in special on‑site projects, such as office relocations, changes to office layouts, infrastructure setup, and preparation or reconfiguration of meeting rooms, contributing directly to how the workplace functions
Your background
You are currently studying at a university in IT, computer science, engineering, or a related field
You are comfortable working with people (including helping colleagues in non-technical roles) and with following established procedures and you are passionate about making things better
You have a basic understanding of computer hardware and operating systems
You are eager to learn and develop technical skills in a hands‑on environment
You have a problem‑solving mindset and good attention to detail
You can communicate clearly in English and Polish
You are able to work on‑site in our Kraków office
