A Day in The Life:

The Office Services Clerk Intern will assist with the day-to-day operation of the Mail Room/Shipping and Receiving Department and cooler stocking in all 5 HQ Buildings.

• Interacts with customers as first and second lines of support

• Works to support the achievement of business targets within a discipline with limited impact on the overall achievement of department objectives
• Will work on simple tasks where conclusions are easily identified
• Tasks will be completed within the immediate discipline and are solved through standard procedures with general instruction and limited judgement.

• Must have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
