Internship under Equipment Molding

Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role

Daily Operations Support

• Assist in monitoring daily production performance, output, and operational KPIs.
• Support preparation of shift reports, production summaries, and management presentations.
• Collect, compile, and analyze manufacturing data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Follow up on action items from daily operations meetings and cross-functional discussions.
• Support manpower, equipment, and production tracking activities.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures.

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Maintain production databases, dashboards, and tracking systems.
• Generate reports on production efficiency, yield, cycle time, downtime, and OEE performance.
• Support root cause analysis of operational issues using data-driven methodologies.
• Develop data visualization and presentations to support decision-making.

Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering preferred)
• Minimum CGPA of 3.00 and above
• Minimum 3-6 months of internship
