Job Description

Start date: February 2027 · Duration: 6 months

Please include your latest academic transcripts with your application. Applications submitted without transcripts will not be considered.

In this 6-month internship or master thesis starting in February 2027, you will build a multi-agent RFP assistant leveraging agentic workflows. In the context of offer management, AI can support the offer team in preparing proposals.

You will adapt an agentic AI framework, originally designed for agile software delivery, to RFP (Request for Proposal) response management. You will design and prototype a custom module mapping product development phases to the bid lifecycle, with specialized AI agents covering requirements extraction, gap analysis, solution design, work breakdown, effort estimation and compliance checking.

Your tasks

  • Deliver a working proof-of-concept of an RFP assistant: a structured, repeatable workflow where RFP requirements are analyzed, assumptions are registered, a solution is designed with traceable justification, and a costed work breakdown is produced
  • Work on real procurement contexts and produce reusable artifacts, configurations and templates applicable across multiple bids
  • Validate the approach on realistic RFP cases, measuring the reduction in effort and the improvement in proposal quality
  • Write an article, to be published on the web, presenting the results of your work

What we offer

  • A dynamic, collaborative workplace with a highly motivated, multicultural team working across international sites
  • The chance to make a difference in people's lives by building innovative solutions
  • Internal coding events such as Hackathons and Brownbag sessions, plus our technical blog
  • Monthly After-Works organized at each location

About your profile

  • Knowledge of NLP and of techniques for training, tuning and deploying machine learning models; knowledge of deep learning development
  • Practical software development skills in one or more programming languages (e.g. Python, Java)
  • Nice to have: knowledge of commonly used Azure or AWS services and of foundation models
