The opportunity
Master Data is essential for running the business, covering key domains such as customers, products, locations, and suppliers. With AI, which is becoming increasingly important in Master Data, helping improve data quality and speed up processing, there are new opportunities that can be investigated and introduced to the team. Today, Master Data supports more than 50 applications. We are a multinational team with our main location in Kraków
How you'll make an impact
Partner with Domain Service Managers to understand pain points and identify opportunities to improve processes
Explore and propose AI use cases that can enhance data maintenance and data quality (e.g., validation, enrichment, duplicate detection)
Drive Master Data awareness by helping organize initiatives that promote Master Data across the organization
Your background
You are a student in IT, Data/Analytics, Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field, graduating in 2027 or later
You are interested in Master Data Management, data governance, and how high-quality data supports business processes
You are curious about AI and automation and motivated to explore practical use cases that improve data maintenance and data quality
You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and enjoy working with data (e.g., spotting patterns, inconsistencies, duplicates)
You have basic practical experience with MS Office
You can communicate effectively in English and Polish (at least B2 level)
