Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about marketing strategy and execution?
Do you want to gain hands-on experience in coordinating marketing initiatives across multiple business channels? Then join our Marketing Planning team, where you’ll help turn strategic plans into impactful campaigns, ensure smooth execution, and support performance analysis. This is a unique opportunity to develop your project management, marketing coordination, and analytical skills in a fast-paced, international environment — perfect to bridge theory with real-world experience.

Your Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and support the execution of marketing incentives and campaigns

• Ensure strategic, tactical, and detailed marketing schedules are up to date

• Collaborate with various departments to align marketing campaign execution

• Monitor stock levels and support related planning processes

• Keep structured tracking of marketing activities and campaign performance

• Ensure accurate and consistent maintenance of product and campaign data across systems

• Take on partial project management tasks

Your Profile

• You are a 3rd student studying Marketing, International Business, or a related field

• You have strong organizational and project management skills

• You are confident working with the Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• You have a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks

• You are proactive and show strong problem-solving skills

• You have analytical skills and an interest in Marketing Performance Measurement

• You have excellent spoken and written English skills (German or Dutch is a plus)

• You are available full-time from September 2026 for a duration of 5-6 months
