【Main responsibilities】

1. Event Execution:

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth event execution.

• Assist in the planning and execution of campaigns across various channels.

2. Team Collaboration:

• Provide administrative support to the marketing team.

• Assist in creating visual content, such as graphics, images, and videos.

• Collaborate with agents to produce high-quality marketing materials.

3. Data Collection and Analysis:

• Conducting research and analysis to support marketing campaigns and projects.

• Compile and analyze data to support marketing strategies and decision-making.

• Perform basic statistical analysis and create visualizations.

• Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

【Who can apply?】

• Must be a university student in the third year or above or a graduate student.

• Working time: at least 2.5 days per week.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Experience of graphic design is preferred.

• Experience of Power BI or any data analytics tool is preferred.

• Experience of basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing strategies is preferred.

• Portfolio submission is encouraged.
