What will you do?
Collaborate with cross-functional teamse.g.MSAT, Production, Quality, Engineering
Execute/supportprocess validation activities and support lifecycle maintenance of process and requalification activities to ensure manufacturing processes are capable of consistently producing high quality products.
Execute/supportinvestigations of manufacturing issues, product, process, and cleaning performance
Collect and compile process/product data from various sources within the manufacturing process.
Analyze the data toidentifytrends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
Draft technical documentation and reports.
Monitor the processes and sampling activities forvalidationbatches.
You will be involved in:
Supporting product lifecycle management,Process validation, requalification activities.
Supporting manufacturing investigations
Data collection and trend analysis
Drafting technical reports, riskassessmentsand documentation
What will you learn?
You will have opportunities to learn the following:
You will learn and understand the vaccine manufacturing process and systems.
Understand how a new product is transferred,developedand introduced from small scale R&D to large scale GMP commercial manufacturing.
Understand equipment and systems (e.g.Fermenter, Autoclave,Washingmachine, Isolator, purification systemsetc– depending on which area the support isrequired).
Exposure toreal-world data collection and analysis in a manufacturing setting.
Mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals.
Project Management by leading some project activities and collaboration work.
