
Requirements
1. Project Management Knowledge: Knowing the basic of project lifecycle, task tracking, milestone planning, and stakeholder coordination.
2. AutoCAD Proficiency Able to read and modify factory layout drawings and support layout validation tasks
3. MS Office Skills: Proficient in PowerPoint for presentation creation. Skilled in Excel for data analysis and reporting (e.g., pivot tables, formulas).
4. English Proficiency: Strong reading and writing skills for documentation and cross-site communication
5. Availability: Must be able to work on-site at least 2.5 days(or 5 half days) per week
Responsibilities
1. Project Support : Assist project leaders with daily tasks such as collecting and analyzing operational data. Prepare reports and visual summaries for internal reviews.
2. Factory Layout Validation: Use AutoCAD to verify and update layout drawings. Support layout accuracy checks during factory changes or expansions.
3. Workshop & Event Assistance: Help organize and execute project-related workshops, team activities, and internal PMO events.
