What can you expect?
Get creative: Adapt and optimize training materials to meet the specific needs of our clients.
Design and develop: Support our team and create inspiring training materials yourself.
Organize and coordinate: Assist in organizing and coordinating engaging training sessions and workshops.
Evaluate and improve: Assess the effectiveness of our training programs and suggest improvements.
E-learning modules: Contribute to the development of innovative e-learning modules.
Administrative support: Help with administrative tasks, like maintaining valuable contact with our clients as well as scheduling and organizing impactful training sessions.
What do you bring to the table?
Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program in a relevant field such as Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Communication or Business, with an interest in Learning & Development.
A passion for project management and soft skills.
A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude.
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility and adaptability.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience with Microsoft Office.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in Dutch and English.
