Mission and key tasks

As a lab assistant intern R&D Chocolate team, you will support the development of Puratos in real chocolate, compound chocolate & fillings through the organization of lab and pilot tests, analytical and sensorial measurements and reporting.

During this internship, you will:

• Execute lab, pilot, application and sensory trials
• Organize the analytical, texture and sensory measurements on the pure products and within applications
• Record and analyze the results and establish trial reports including conclusions and interpretations.

Who are we looking for?

• You are a Bachelor student in food and/or dietary science, chemistry or biochemistry, or in any related field.

• Proficiency in English is required, as English is the working language

• Period of the internship : from August to September 2026
• Location of the internship: Puratos HQ, Groot-Bijgaarden & Puratos Erembodegem, Belgium
