
What are the main responsibilities
You will support the EIC 1&C team in Paris by collecting, summarizing, and analyzing
innovation insights, industry news, and market trends. You will also have the opportunity
to join meetings and contribute to innovation projects with the 1& C team in New York,
with the shared goal of developing more commercialization-ready formulations
In addition, you may attend selected webinars and/or in-person events to broaden your
perspective and deepen your understanding of the beauty industry. This role will help
you build strong skills in market research, data analysis, and strategic thinking, while
enabling you to build solid industry knowledge under the supervision of your manager.

What we are looking for
You're a student at a business or management school.
You have a passion for the beauty industry.
You have a good ability to read and interpret data and figures
You are curious, open-minded and rigorous in your work.
You are a forward-thinker and capable of bringing new ideas into daily works.
You have a good command of the Office pack, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
