Internship – Industry Marketing Excellence, Digitalization & AI (m/f/dx)

  • Location: Hamburg, Norderstedt - tesa Headquarter
  • Entry as: limited to max. 6 months

What you will do

  • You support exciting projects in Marketing Excellence, Digitalization, and AI across a global B2B organization.
  • You contribute to initiatives focused on data quality, process optimization, and continuous improvement.
  • You support the implementation of digital tools, automation solutions, and AI use cases.
  • You analyze business and marketing data and help turn insights into action.
  • You collaborate with colleagues from Marketing, Sales, IT, and teams around the world to bring new ways of working to life.

What you will need

  • You have completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Business, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • You have a strong interest in Marketing Excellence, Digitalization, Data, and AI.
  • You enjoy analyzing complex topics and working in a structured and solution-oriented way.
  • You communicate confidently and can present ideas clearly to different stakeholder groups.
  • You are proactive, curious, and eager to learn in an international environment.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • You are fluent in English; German is a plus.
