Job Description

Bosch Vietnam is currently active with many business divisions: Mobility Aftermarket, Drive and Control Technology, Power Tools, Building Technology, Two-Wheeler and Powersports and Sales Original Equipment, AquaEasy, Home Appliances and Supply Chain Consulting.

  • Prepare documents for Purchasing Order issuing.
  • Prepare supplier database, follow up RFQs (request for quotations).
  • Deal with local and oversea suppliers directly to support RFQ, vendor creation.
  • Support local and oversea buyers on purchasing process.
  • Follow up and support in implementation of strategy tasks and KPI for purchasing department.
  • Follow up purchasing contracts.
  • Do other daily business assistance.

Qualifications

  • Entitled as full-time student major in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, International Business, Business Administration, ... during internship period.
  • No working experiences required, although students with dynamic experience in school/ social activities will have a big advantage.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Time management skill, task management skill, critical thinking and patience.
  • Good teamwork, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Eyes for details and good organization skills.
  • Ability to work in multicultural teams.
  • Can-do attitude, urge to develop and learn new things.
  • High sense of disciplinary and confidentiality.
  • Candidates must provide an official recommendation/introduction letter with stamp from their university
