The Opportunity

Join our Local Service Center Switzerland as an intern in the Project Management team. In this role you will support project managers in Geneva while collaborating closely with colleagues in Zurich. This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of a tool pool, ensuring that the necessary equipment and tools required for on-site execution are properly defined, available and maintained. You will not only define new tools, but also contribute to improving how we prepare and manage site-related resources and processes. A key part of the role includes visiting project sites to validate and understand how tools and processes are applied in practice, allowing you to directly see the impact of your work and contribute to continous improvement.

How you’ll make an impact 

  • Support the setup and structuring of a tool pool for site execution (e.g., procurement, calibration tracking, and process setup)

  • Assist in coordinating activities with internal stakeholders and external suppliers

  • Support documentation and standardization of tool-related processes

  • Participate in project meetings and support preparation and follow-up activities

  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives, including mapping and optimizing project management processes

  • Drive process improvements related to site preparation and execution efficiency

Your background

  • Ongoing studies in Engineering or a related technical field

  • Interest in practical engineering topics, especially related to site execution, equipment, and tool handling

  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across teams and stakeholders

  • A structured, hands-on and solution-oriented way of working as well as a proactive mindset and willingness to learn in a technical environment

  • Interest in practical, equipment handling, site-related work and project execution

  • Fluency in English and French; German is a strong advantage
