The opportunity
Join our collaborative OSS team and support daily IT operations close to the business. You ensure employees have reliable devices and a smooth digital workplace experience. In this hands‑on role, you learn how to troubleshoot technical issues and prepare essential IT equipment. You work closely with end users and gain valuable insights into how IT drives productivity. Throughout the 12 months internship, experienced colleagues support your growth and development.

Assistin troubleshooting basic IT issues, prepare laptops and other devices so they are ready for use by new or existing employees
Support end usersinnavigating self‑service tools and standard IT procedures
Assist with stock handling, asset pickup/return, and device preparation for onboarding/offboarding
Support warranty processes by gathering information and preparing devices
HelpmaintainIT equipment in meeting rooms and shared office spaces, ensuring systemsoperatecorrectly
Update documentation related to device preparation and OSS procedures and report issues to the team.
Beengaged in special projects where youmake impact (relocating, changing office set-up,setup infrastructure,set-upof the meeting rooms)
Be engaged in specialon‑siteprojects, such as office relocations,changesto office layouts, infrastructure setup, and preparation or reconfiguration of meeting rooms, contributing directly to how the workplace functions
Your background
Currently studying at a university or technical school (EFZ) in IT, computer science, engineering, or a related field
Comfortable working with peopleand withfollowing established proceduresandyou are passionate about making things better
Basic understanding of computer hardware and operating systems
Eager to learn and develop technical skills in a hands‑on environment
Strong problem‑solving mindset and good attention to detail
Good communication skills in English and German
