Internship in Finance Shared Services

This internship is a unique opportunity to gain real-life experience in a global finance environment, supporting critical processes that ensure smooth customer transactions and financial operations. Observing and engaging with expert-level work offers an opportunity to develop advanced skills and understanding, which will be instrumental in future career endeavors. With achieved experience and insight, you may follow footsteps of previous participants of this program as permanent addition to Zoetis Finance SSC. Join one of three departments: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable or General Ledger.

Responsibilities:

• In Accounts Payable, you will assist the AP team in processing of incoming AP invoices, answering incoming queries, monitoring vendor accounts to ensure payments are done in a timely manner.

• In Accounts Receivable, you will support the AR team in managing customer invoicing, payment allocation, and account reconciliation as well as Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Customer Service, and Cash Management.

• In Cash Management you will find yourself helpful in monitoring bank transaction clearing, bank reconciliations, sub-ledger lock, GL postings, cash accounting and corporate submissions.

Requirements:

• You are a last year student of studies related to: accounting, controlling, finance, banking, economics or similar

• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are an asset

• Excel skills including: Vlookup and pivot table nice to have

• Energetic and eager to tackle on new projects and ideas

• Available for minimum 30 hours/week up to working full-time

• First working experience (student, part-time or seasonal jobs) - nice to have
