Take ownership of a stack testbench
Have a hands-on approach to testbench improvements and maintenance
Independently complete a suite of electrochemical characterization techniques and tests
Process, anaylze and report electrochemical data
Refine electrochemical testing operations to ensure consistent, high-quality results.
Contribute to an organized and clean testing area
Successfully completed a bachelor or master studies in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
Electrochemistry or Electrochemical knowledge (water electrolysis, hydrogen fuel cells, Power2X, or redox flow batteries).
You have experience and thrive in a lab environment.
Ability to work with us for at least 6 months.

Onsite & Collaborative Our offices in Ismaning, Germany, house our pilot plant, where we work physically on our product every day. The team collaborates closely in the office, five days a week.

Phlair’s system employs a pH-swing mechanism for efficient CO₂ capture and release, allowing for permanent storage or use in CO2-negative chemicals.
Founded in 2022 and based in Munich, Germany, Phlair serves prominent customers in carbon removal. The company is currently working on its first commercial plant, Dawn, in Canada. The 20,000 tCO2/year plant will deliver carbon removal credits to customers like Google, Stripe, JPMorganChase, Shopify, and H&M.
