Extracurricular Internship in Corporate Security

Are you fresh graduated in a Master's degree in a technical engineering field, preferably in Environmental and Workplace Safety / Safety Engineering / Labor Consulting or related fields?

Do you speak fluent Italian, English and possibly German?

Do you have good organizational and communication skills?

Are you eager to learn?

We are looking for brilliant candidates with a strong passion for the Automotive sector and the right motivation to take on a 6-month Internship in a dynamic and international context based in our Corporate Security team in our People, Culture & Organization Department at our Sant’Agata Bolognese headquarters.

The project will focus on supporting the staff at Lamborghini involved in:

• Support in monitoring the compliance with the requirements of current legislation (e.g., Legislative Decree No. 81/2008) regarding the qualification of third-party contractors
• Support in drafting the Single Document for the Assessment of Interferential Risks (es. Italian DUVRI) for contracted activities
• Verification of the technical and professional suitability of third-party contractors
• Monitoring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and related internal company procedures
• Support in the implementation and formalization of internal documents and procedures related to workplace safety
• Management of the documentation requirements imposed on third-party contractors
• Support in managing non-conformities identified in third-party contractors and identifying the relevant corrective actions

In order to meet these targets, you will need:

• Fluent Italian and English, German will be a plus
• Fresh graduated in a Master's degree in technical engineering field, preferably in Environmental and Workplace Safety / Safety Engineering / Labor Consulting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (es. Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Analytical Skills

• Good communication skills
• No University thesis project foreseen for this opportunity for confidentiality reasons
