What You Will Do:
Assist the Relationship Managers with administrative tasks to enable them to spend more time with customer
Handle daily customer contacts, assignments and needs with high quality, efficiency and orientation to client
Prepare standard credit memo forms, ensure smooth disbursement process
Prepare service offers, legal documentation, correspondence, etc.
Maintain updated information in customer files and databases
Follow up efficiently on set goals to ensure that promises to customers are met
Proactively plan, deliver and follow-up of your personal tasks timely and according to the set quality standards, budget and Luminor values
Contribute to team and company performance through effective collaboration and acting with energy, enthusiasm and commitment
Take responsibility in professional self-development and contribute to own and team performance improvement by constructive feedback and relevant suggestions
Perform other tasks relevant to the role given by direct manager and/or functional manager
Complying with confidentiality rules arising from the employment agreement and other internal regulations of Luminor, which, among other things, extend to all school-related tasks, homework, and projects
What We Expect:
General understanding of Corporate Banking activities
Clear written and verbal communication skills
A higher education in Economics, Business Management, Finance, Banking, another or relevant field
Ability to organize tasks, manage time, and follow structured processes
Basic to moderate knowledge of MS Excel
Comfort working in digital tools and the ability to quickly learn new systems
Availability to join our team for a full‑time internship under a hybrid work model
Fluency in Lithuanian and English, both spoken and written
