Internship in Connectivity and Data

Are you enrolled/fresh graduated in a Master’s degree in Engineering, Data Science or Business Management?

Do you speak fluent English and possibly Italian and/or German?

Do you have good organizational and communication skills?

Are you eager to learn?

We are looking for brilliant candidates with a strong passion for the Automotive sector and the right motivation to take on a 6-month Internship in a dynamic and international context based in our Strategy Department at our Sant’Agata Bolognese headquarters.

The project will focus on supporting the staff at Lamborghini involved in:

Connected Car Strategy

• Contributing to the definition of the Connected Car product and feature roadmap
• Supporting alignment with Group brands on HMI, connectivity, and digital ecosystem strategic initiatives
• Conducting digital feature benchmarking, competitive analyses, and trend scouting on technological innovations
• Assisting in the alignment of HMI and Connected Car Strategy with Product Strategy, Product Lines, Customer Journey, and Product Marketing teams within Lamborghini and the Group

Data Analysis & Insight Generation

• Supporting the identification and monitoring of strategic KPIs related to connected car performance, customer usage patterns, and digital services
• Performing data analysis on internal and market datasets to extract insights supporting strategic decisions
• Highlighting emerging data-driven opportunities for enhancing customer experience and product value
• Contributing to the development of dashboards, reports, and presentations for senior stakeholders

In order to meet these targets, you will need:

• Fluent English, Italian and German will be a plus
• Enrolled/Fresh graduated in Engineering, Data Science, Business Management, or equivalent
• Analytical Skills

• Proactive attitude
• Team working
• Good communication skills
