Job Description

Nobia is a Nordic organisation with employees across Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland. Among other brands, Nobia owns the kitchen brands HTH, uno form and INVITA.

We work across production, stores and offices in four different countries, which makes clear and targeted internal communication essential to us. Our communication should not only inform. It should create connection, shared understanding and engagement across functions, professional areas and borders.

As a Communication Intern, you will play an important role in ensuring that the right messages reach the right employees through the right channels.

Your role

We are looking for a curious, proactive and engaged intern who wants hands-on experience with internal communication in practice.

You will become an active part of our day-to-day communication work and, among other things, work with:

  • Developing news, articles and other content for internal channels
  • Planning, executing and creating strategic change communication
  • Coordinating and communicating internal events and campaigns
  • Further developing and using our internal channels, including:
  • Intranet
  • Internal employee magazine
  • Internal screens in our offices, which we want to make even better use of

You will have the opportunity to work creatively, strategically and operationally – and become an important contributor to ensuring clear, relevant and targeted communication across the organisation.

About you

You are approachable, positive and thrive in a varied working environment. At the same time, you work in a structured way and take responsibility for your tasks.

We imagine that you:

  • Are passionate about communication and can turn complex messages into clear and easy-to-understand communication
  • Work independently, proactively and take initiative
  • Have a good understanding of different target audiences and can adapt messages accordingly
  • Have a flair for writing and an eye for linguistic quality
  • Are fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken

As you will be identifying and developing stories from across the organisation, it is important that you are a strong relationship-builder and enjoy working with many different types of people.

We imagine that you are currently studying communication, journalism or a related field. Most importantly, however, you are curious, interested in communication and eager to learn. Experience with InDesign and/or Canva is an advantage, but not a requirement.

What we offer

You will be based at Nobia’s Danish head office in Tilst and become part of an ambitious People & Culture team with a strong professional and social community across HR consultants, business partners and students.

During your internship, our most important task is to ensure that you gain relevant experience and concrete skills that you can take with you. We therefore place strong emphasis on providing opportunities for sparring, feedback and development through weekly 1:1 meeting with your manager.

In addition, we offer:

  • A supportive learning environment with a high level of professionalism
  • An internship with responsibility and real influence
  • Modern office facilities in Tilst
  • Free lunch
