Key Responsibilities:

• Support documentation handling and maintain business records.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials for business activities.
• Conduct market and industry research by monitoring industry trends and business news.
• Support business development activities and customer communication.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders.
• Assist in quotation preparation and related documentation.
• Support digitalization and administrative activities within the Business Mobility team.

Project Involvement:

• Automotive and industry research.
• Business development activities.
• Digitalization and process improvement projects.
• Cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• An analytical mindset with a strong interest in data.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva.
• Proactive and willing to learn.
• Strong communication skills.
• Preferably 4-6 months of internship duration (please indicate your official internship period in the resume)
