Build practical experience in asset management and pensions

As an Intern in Asset Management and Pensions Companies, you will gain hands-on experience supporting activities related to investment products, pension solutions, financial analysis, reporting, and business operations. You will work alongside experienced colleagues, develop your understanding of the financial services industry, and contribute to initiatives that support our customers and business objectives.

This internship is ideal for you if you are interested in asset management, pension funds, investments, and financial markets. You are curious, analytical, eager to learn, and ready to take ownership of assigned tasks while working as part of an international team.

This internship is planned to take place till 30th of April 2027.

What You Will Do:

  • Participates in various Asset Management & Pension companies projects with support, data collection and analysis functions

  • Performs administrative tasks related with pension agreements and applications, other documents

  • Communicates directly with the projects stakeholders in the bank regarding the necessary input needed to perform required tasks

  • Application flow management, prioritizing Luminor bank customers and applying agreed prioritization rules, distributing of applications to advisors

  • Proactively plans and implements personal tasks in a timely manner, based on the established quality standards, budgets and Luminor values

  • Successfully, actively, proactively and responsibly cooperates in order to contribute to the results of the department and the organization

  • Independently develops professional competencies and provides relevant insights and constructive feedback to improve the results of the department and organization

What Makes You a Great Fit:

  • You are currently studying for a university degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field

  • You are confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

  • You have a genuine interest in asset management, pension funds, investments, financial markets, or banking

  • You have strong analytical and numerical skills, with an ability to work confidently with data

  • You are detail-oriented and committed to delivering accurate, high-quality work

  • You are proactive, curious, and willing to learn from experienced colleagues

  • You can organise your work, manage deadlines, and take responsibility for assigned tasks

  • Fluent English and Lithuanian is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
