Department description
The IT department consists of 5 teams responsible for managing the IT infrastructure, executing IT projects, developing tools for engineering, managing and expanding the ERP systems, and providing process support for multidisciplinary projects with workflow tools.
The IT Service Centre is the first point of contact for end users of the IT infrastructure, providing support for approximately 10,000 workstations across various locations worldwide. It is a skilled IT Service Centre, responsible for first- and second-line incidents on the workstations. You receive the incidents, ask the right questions, and resolve them. More complex incidents are also handled here, or they are escalated to a specialist or resolution group if they cannot be resolved. You work in a team of 10 IT professionals (including interns/working students)
