den gesamten Employee Life Cycle kennenlernen – vom Onboarding bis zum Offboarding.
bei administrativen Tätigkeiten unsere HR-Administration und Payroll unterstützen.
die Daten unserer Mitarbeiter*innen in digitalen Personalakten und HR‑Systemen wie Workday pflegen und aktualisieren.
an der Weiterentwicklung, Optimierung und Automatisierung von HR‑Prozessen mitarbeiten.
Auswertungen, Dokumentationen und Reportings vorbereiten.
bei unterschiedlichen HR‑Projekten aktiv mitwirken.
Was du mitbringst
Laufendes Bachelor‑ oder Masterstudium in Betriebswirtschaft, Rechtswissenschaften, Human Resources oder einer vergleichbaren Studienrichtung
Interesse an Digitalisierung, Automatisierung und modernen HR‑Tools
Hohe Lernbereitschaft sowie Freude daran, dich aktiv einzubringen
Sehr gute Deutsch‑ und Englischkenntnisse
Verfügbarkeit von mindestens 20 Stunden pro Woche
Eine teamorientierte, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise

Das Mindestgehalt für diese Position beträgt EUR 2.800,– brutto pro Monat auf Vollzeitbasis.
