Your Impact and Responsibilities

As an integral part of our Human Resources team, you will play a key role in shaping the future of the internship program at Robert Bosch and Bosch Home Comfort in Belgium.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Drive the Recruitment Process: You will own the end-to-end recruitment process for all internship positions—from crafting engaging job descriptions to actively sourcing, screening, and connecting with the next wave of talent.

  • Champion the Intern Experience: Act as the dedicated HR Business Partner for our interns. You'll be their go-to person, fostering clear communication with mentors and providing support for all HR-related inquiries to ensure they have a valuable experience.

  • Contribute to HR Initiatives: Get involved in meaningful projects focused on enhancing our company culture and improving the overall employee experience.

  • Support Core HR Functions: Assist our compensation & benefits coordinators with essential HR management and payroll tasks, providing vital administrative support to the team.

Qualifications

  • You are currently pursuing a degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.

  • You're confident with MS Office and ideally have some previous practical experience.

  • You are an excellent communicator who can work effectively, even under tight deadlines.

  • As a natural self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, you work well independently and are always focused on finding solutions.

  • You are adaptable and resilient, with the flexibility to thrive in a dynamic team environment.

  • Fluency in English is essential for this role. Proficiency in Dutch, French, and/or German is a significant advantage.
