YOUR ROLE

Within the Shipping HR team, you will support the HR coordination of key HR and transformation projects across our regions, in an international and multicultural environment.

This internship offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of HR, Business and Transformation, with exposure to international projects across 7 regions.

You will develop practical experience in project management, workforce transformation, HR analytics, budget planning and senior management communication, while gaining a broad understanding of how HR supports business transformation within a global organization.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?

HR Project Management & Transformation

  • Support the coordination and follow-up of cross-functional HR and transformation projects
  • Maintain project plans, actions, milestones and key deliverables
  • Contribute to organization and workforce transformation initiatives, including AI-related projects
  • Support the preparation and deployment of project management and change management tools

HR Data, KPIs & Value Tracking

  • Consolidate and analyze HR and project KPIs
  • Prepare dashboards and monitor project progress and impact
  • Contribute to workforce and organizational analyses supporting transformation projects
  • Support the development and automation of reporting and value-tracking tools

Budget & Workforce Monitoring

  • Support monthly headcount monitoring and consolidation with the regions
  • Contribute to the annual HR budget and workforce planning process
  • Follow up on workforce assumptions, targets and key indicators

Coordination & Management Support

  • Coordinate inputs and follow-up actions with Regional and Local HR teams
  • Prepare presentations, analyses and materials for HR management and governance meetings

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?

  • You are currently pursuing a Master’s degree in HR, Project Management, or a related field
  • You have strong analytical skills and are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
  • You are organized, proactive, and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders
  • You have a strong interest in HR transformation, data, and AI
  • You are fluent in both English and French
