Dive deep into knowledge and information management with us to answer fundamental questions like: How is knowledge and information best structured in the future regarding AI readiness so it’s easy to find and easy to use?
Support the implementation of a global knowledge and information management for HR by setting up a sustainable, global, AI-ready database
Gain practical experiences at the interface between human and artificial intelligence, aiming for the best combination to structure and provide HR knowledge to employees and managers
Work on the knowledge management strategy with us, deliver relevant research and interesting insights to complete the big picture on how to capture and share best practices within the HR function
Support the coordination of training and change management efforts to support the implementation of new processes and systems
Enrolled in a Master’s degree program related to digitalization, process optimization, business, HR or related fields
Understanding of the psychology of Knowledge & Information Management and how to best structure and provide information, supported by modern technology, to elevate Employee Experience
Experience in successfully using different AI tools, combined with a strong interest in using these learnings in a global corporate environment, considering both AI’s potential and regulatory aspects
High motivation, analytical skills, strong communication skills, customer-centric mindset as well as a structured and team-oriented way of working
Fluency in written and spoken English, German skills would be a plus
