
Internship HR - Compensation & Benefits
What will you do?
Supporting compensation and benefits analyses, reporting, and benchmarking activities.
Working with HR analytics and people data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities—connecting the dots between data, business needs, and outcomes.
Contributing to the development and improvement of Compensation and Benefits policies, guidelines, and processes.
Collaborating closely with stakeholders across Legal, Finance, Store Operations, and Regional HR teams to ensure alignment and compliance.
Preparing clear, professional, and on-brand presentations and materials for internal stakeholders.
Supporting the Compensation and Benefits Manager with projects related to annual performance review cycle, day-to-day activities, project coordination, and ad-hoc problem solving in a fast-paced, international environment.
About you!
3rd or 4th year student of a HBO/WO study in HR, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
Available for a minimum of 4 days per week (thesis possible).
You have strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills; you enjoy working with data and turning insights into action.
A proactive, curious, and creative thinker who is able to connect the dots and challenge the status quo.
Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines at the same time.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
Able to work independently, while also thriving in cross-functional and international collaboration.
Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data analysis tools or visualization tools is a plus.

Eligibility Criteria
For this internship, you need to be available for 5 months starting in September 2026.
