Recognizing hydrogen's crucial role alongside electrification in the future of energy security and transport decarbonization, Air Liquide has placed it at the heart of our energy transition strategy. Our dedicated Hydrogen Energy World Business Line (H2E WBL) drives global mobility trends, strategies, and technology roadmaps to advance hydrogen solutions worldwide. The Marketing department leads business growth and market leadership through market intelligence, offer development, and strategic partnerships. This team of six, based in Paris and Houston, collaborates globally with local clusters and group entities.
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
During your internship/internship, you will be given the following main tasks:
China market research: Analyze the Chinese 15th 5-Year Plan to extract and prioritize high-potential opportunities for hydrogen mobility (Heavy Duty Road, Maritime, Aviation). Benchmark these findings against alternative decarbonization solutions to provide a clear competitive landscape.
Maritime Market Deep Dive: Research and analyse the potential of (liquid) hydrogen for the Maritime / Inland water market in APAC hubs (projects, key players, policies, economics, technical, challenges, timelines etc)
Methodology: both desktop research and interviews of external stakeholders in China (predefined and agreed with manager)
Deliverables: Synthesize data into a final strategic report, delivering actionable insights and clear "next steps" recommendations for the H2E WBL leadership team.
