How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
V.I.E is a pre-recruitment program that involves recruiting young talented professionals among European citizens for a fixed term contract (6 to 24 months) to have an international experience abroad in one of Air Liquide entities. This program is in partnership with Business France. The majority of our VIEs are based in European countries but the VIE coordinator will also support APAC and North America VIEs.
As a VIE Program Coordinator you will support the VIE Program manager primarily in managing this corporate graduate program , supporting the community of VIEs with operational topics before and during their missions. You will contribute by :
Creating VIE offers : for the EAMEI region , coordination with the Talent Acquisition team and publishing the job offers.
HR contact Act as a point of contact for VIEs and Business France representatives
Employer Branding Being part of the Employer Branding and Fresh Graduates team , you’ll participate and contribute to Business France Forums (physical and digital) related to Fresh Graduates event.
Operational/Administrative Tasks : Act as HR contact of VIE hired at Liquide for the following topics : offer presentation, manage VIE allowance , professional reimbursement, ad-hocs,.etc)
Act as a main point for the VIE community globally at Air Liquide.

Are you a MATCH?
Education : Bac+5 (HR, Business Admin..etc)
Languages : English fluency both verbally and written / French language is highly advantageous.
Professional experience : Minimum 1 year experience including internships in an HR role
Skills
Knowledge of Google Sheet is essential
Organised and willing to learn
Excellent communication (both written and oral)
Open minded , able to integrate and adapt in a multinational environment,
Proactive and result oriented
