You'll work closely with Operations stakeholders, Business Analysts, Technology teams, and Project Managers to support the design and delivery of digital workflow solutions. Your ability to analyse information, communicate effectively, and collaborate with individuals across different functions will be crucial in driving successful outcomes.

What You Do

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Digital Workflow Delivery: support the design and implementation of digital workflow solutions for the Payment Operations department in partnership with Operations, Business Analysts, Technology teams, and Project Managers.
  • Product Development Support: assist in gathering business requirements and understanding user needs to support product and workflow enhancements.
  • Data Analysis: analyse data and insights to support feature prioritisation and decision-making.
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT): coordinate testing activities and participate in hands-on testing to validate solutions and ensure quality outcomes.
  • Issue Management: support issue triaging and resolution by working closely with Operations users and Technology teams.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: engage stakeholders across the region to understand workflow requirements and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Ad-hoc Tasks: provide support on other digitalisation, workflow optimisation, and project initiatives as assigned.

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
