As an HR Marketing & Communications Intern, you’ll play an active role in shaping internal communications, employer branding, and employee engagement initiatives—helping bring our people story to life through creative and impactful content.

What You Do

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing: Support messaging and positioning for recruitment advertisements and employer branding initiatives

  • Content Creation & Art Direction: Assist in art directing digital media content, including photography and videography

  • Social Media & Editorial Content: Plan, create, and publish content for blogs, social media platforms, and e‑newsletters

  • Digital Marketing & Content Management: Maintain and refresh content across websites, intranet, and social media channels

  • Employee Engagement & Events: Support the planning and execution of internal staff engagement events and initiatives

  • Ad-hoc Support: Assist with other HR marketing, communications, or project coordination tasks as required

Who You Work With

You’ll work closely with the People Analytics & Engagement team and collaborate with colleagues across Group Human Resources, including recruitment, learning & development, and communications partners. This exposure will give you a holistic understanding of how HR marketing and communications support employee engagement and organisational priorities.

Who You Are

  • Creative, detail-oriented, and eager to learn

  • Interested in employer branding, communications, and people-related initiatives

  • Comfortable working with digital platforms and content creation tools

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills

  • Able to work independently while collaborating well with others

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree
