What You Do
Your responsibilities will include:
Strategic & Market Analysis: Conduct market landscaping and research to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for innovation in priority sectors
Product Development Support: Support the digital product development lifecycle, from research and documentation to testing coordination and go‑to‑market preparation
Opportunity Identification: Assist in identifying and evaluating strategic opportunities to enhance client engagement and create new revenue streams
Project Coordination: Work with cross‑functional stakeholders to gather inputs, track milestones, and support project delivery
Presentation & Team Support: Help prepare materials for internal meetings, client presentations, and innovation workshops, and support ad‑hoc initiatives
Who You Work With
The Digital Solutions team within Global Transaction Banking partners closely with product, technology, business, and external stakeholders to design and deliver digital-led solutions. You’ll work in a collaborative, forward‑looking environment that values strategic thinking, experimentation, and continuous learning.
Who You Are
Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree
Interested in digital products, strategy, or innovation within banking
Strong research and analytical mindset, able to synthesise qualitative and quantitative insights
Familiar with basic product development concepts, documentation, and user journeys
Confident communicator with good presentation and documentation skills
Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools and collaborating across teams
