As a Product Development & Channels Intern within Global Transaction Banking, you’ll gain exposure to how cash and trade management solutions are built, enhanced, and delivered through various client channels. What You Do
Your responsibilities will include:
Product & Channel Support: Assist with product development and channel-related initiatives across cash and trade management
User & Market Research: Support discovery of user requirements and research industry developments and competitors’ capabilities
System Enhancements: Assist in supporting and tracking system enhancement initiatives from requirements through implementation
Reporting & Insights: Support MIS and reporting requirements to track product or channel performance
Who You Work With
The Product Development & Channels team within Global Transaction Banking works closely with business, technology, operations, and design partners to deliver client-centric solutions. The team focuses on enhancing corporate banking channels while supporting the development of cash and trade products. You’ll work in a collaborative environment that values innovation, structured thinking, and continuous improvement.

Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree
Strong interest in IT, digital products, or technology-enabled solutions
Exposure to or interest in data analytics and IT-related projects
