As an intern in the Global Corporate Banking – Digital Transformation and Modernisation Office, you’ll gain hands-on exposure to how credit journeys are re-engineered, automated, and digitised. What you do

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Product Delivery Support: Assist Product Owners in drafting and refining user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation
  • Testing & Quality Assurance: Perform user acceptance testing (UAT), including preparing test scenarios, executing tests, and tracking defects
  • Solution Design Support: Translate business requirements into low-fidelity wireframes or mock-ups to support solution discussions
  • Agile Ways of Working: Participate in sprint ceremonies, document discussions, and track follow-up actions
  • Process Analysis: Conduct basic analysis of business processes to identify gaps, dependencies, and improvement opportunities
  • Project Support: Contribute to product delivery, rollout preparation, documentation, and user support activities

Within this, the GWB Digital Transformation and Modernisation Office drives initiatives to streamline and digitise credit processes, enabling faster, more efficient, and client-centric banking experiences. You’ll be part of a forward-thinking team working at the intersection of business, technology, and innovation.

Who you are

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree
  • Strong interest in digital products, product management, and digital transformation
  • Logical thinker who is comfortable working with structured requirements and processes
  • Detail-oriented, especially when handling testing scenarios and documentation
  • Adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment
