Gain meaningful exposure to relationship support and client servicing within Enterprise Banking Singapore at OCBC. As an EB Services Intern, you’ll work closely with Relationship Managers (RMs) to support day‑to‑day operations, credit processes, and customer engagement activities. This internship provides a practical understanding of how banking products, processes, and service delivery come together to support corporate and SME clients.

What You Do
Your responsibilities will include:
Relationship & Operations Support: Assist Relationship Managers with daily operational tasks and customer servicing activities
Credit Documentation: Support the collection and organisation of customer documentation for credit reviews and updates
Customer Analysis & Marketing Support: Collate and analyse customer information to support reviews and marketing-related initiatives
Project & Team Support: Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks assigned by the team
Who You Work With
The EB Services function supports Relationship Managers within Enterprise Banking Singapore, working closely with credit, operations, and product teams to ensure efficient client servicing. You’ll work in a collaborative environment that emphasises responsiveness, accuracy, and strong client relationships.
Who You Are
Currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree
Interested in client servicing, relationship management, or commercial banking
Strong verbal and written communication skills (effectively bilingual preferred)
Organised, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
Comfortable engaging with customers and internal stakeholders
Proactive and willing to learn
