What You Do
Your responsibilities will include:
Sales & Account Support: Assist with trade renewals, call reports, and sales management tracking
Data Analysis & Reporting: Perform data analysis to support sales tracking, campaigns, and performance reporting
Research & Insights: Conduct industry and market research to support business and marketing decisions
Marketing Support: Support marketing initiatives, including preparation of website articles, electronic direct mailers, and campaign materials
Presentation & Team Support: Assist with research materials, presentation slides, and other ad-hoc projects as required
Who You Work With
The Emerging Business team within Global Commercial Banking supports SME clients and serial entrepreneurs by offering tailored financing solutions and relationship management. You’ll work closely with relationship managers and team members involved in sales, marketing, and portfolio monitoring, gaining exposure to how different functions collaborate to support client growth.
Who You Are
Currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree
Interested in SMEs, entrepreneurship, sales, or commercial banking
Strong analytical and presentation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Organised, proactive, and willing to learn
Able to work independently and as part of a team
