Path to Full-Time:High-performing interns will be offered a full-time position as an Online Math Teacher upon graduation.

Full time pay immediately after probation:RM3,500 + RM300 (Transportation Allowance)

Remote Flexibility:Fully remote opportunity, subject to performance and team needs

Internship Details:

• This is afully on-site internship program, ideal for students who are passionate abouteducationand aspire to becomeMath Teachers
• Structured Training:Take part in our2-week Teaching Training Program, a hands-on learning experience coveringteaching techniques, public speaking, and classroom management— all designed to help you grow and shine as an educator.
• After the 2-week training, afinal assessmentwill be held to determine your suitability for the teaching role.If it’s not the right fit, we’ll exploreother rolesthat better match your strengths.
• Growth:Throughout the program, you’ll be guided by amentorwho will support your learning journey, share insights, and help you reach your full potential.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging online math lessons using the Think Academy Teaching Platform.
• Deliver effective instruction based on Think Academy’s curriculum and teaching guidelines.
• Create a positive and inclusive virtual classroom environment for up to 20 students, encouraging interaction and collaborative learning.
• Regularly track and evaluate student performance, offering timely and personalized feedback to both students and their parents.
• Review and grade assignments, providing additional academic support when necessary.
• Take part in other teaching-related tasks, such as administering diagnostic assessments for new students.

Qualifications:

• Open tofinal-year studentsfromall academic backgrounds
• English Proficiency: Strong command of English in all areas—reading, writing, speaking, and listening. Candidates must be able to communicate ideas clearly and effectively, ensuring smooth interaction with students and colleagues.
• Maths Procifiency:Aminimum grade of B (or equivalent)inSPM Mathematics(or similar qualification) is required
• Passion for Education: Must have a genuine enthusiasm for teaching and working with children, along with a strong sense of responsibility. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building meaningful relationships with students and parents.
